This personal information is needed to provide Dancique students with more effective training and education and will not be used for any other purpose. The Student’s background information is requested to help us better understand our customers. Should you not feel comfortable providing certain personal information, please notify Dancique.
We can remove any personal information from our database at your request. If any student decides to discontinue their training with Dancique we can deactivate or de-identify the enrolment.
Dancique School of Dance will take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected.
The online form on the ‘enrol page’ is restored to a server within Australia, which is protected and secured. The Dancique website is protected by a SSL Certificate that provides an encrypted link between the website and your browser.
Personal information is stored on a ThinkSmart software called DanceBiz. This information is kept purely for administrative purposes and to maintain our service standards.
Dancique ensures that only authorised persons have access to this information for purposes of performing their duties specified by Dancique.
If you prefer to enrol via paper format, please contact Dancique to request a paper enrolment form.
Some group and individual photography may be used for promotional material, including the School’s website, Facebook and Instagram page. Please advise if you do not wish your child to be photographed throughout the year. Please also advise if you do not wish your child’s photo be used for promotional purposes, such as social media.
